2009
The ₹30 beginning
A tiny rented kiosk in West Delhi opened with one star dish: a completely reinvented, spice-packed Shawario for just ₹30.
Our story
In 2009, three friends turned a tiny rented kiosk in West Delhi into a home for the food their own tummies craved. One boldly reinvented wrap started the journey.

How we got here
2009
A tiny rented kiosk in West Delhi opened with one star dish: a completely reinvented, spice-packed Shawario for just ₹30.
3 months
West Delhi fell for the flavour. Food lovers began driving across the city to taste the juicy new wrap.
8 months
Public love helped the tiny setup grow into a welcoming 35-seat café within the first seven to eight months.
Today
That single-stall idea is now a multi-outlet QSR brand serving Delhi NCR and beyond, while keeping its original 2009 flavour at heart.

Why “Shawario”?
Customers told us exactly that. We had changed the spices, made the filling extra juicy and created our own secret mayo blend. The dish deserved its own name.
So Shawario was born: an Indian-flavour original that set the tone for every global and desi twist that followed.
